Yria is a natural lot from Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia that is produced on world exclusivity for The Underdog. It’s a 300 kg experimental lot with wonderfully complex, sweet, and fruity notes.

In the cup you can expect a heavy, syrupy body, crisp acidity with notes of ripe strawberries, tropical fruits and lots and lots of floral jasmine tones.
